As much as I like Iron Man, the fact is Batman has been known to conduct business deals as "Bruce Wayne" over the phone while in the middle of sparring with Wonder Woman/fighting bad guys/what have you. Also, he's outthought Lex Luthor - Stark doesn't have anyone comparable to outmaneouvre.
